Hi all! i just wanna know if there is a collector who has a chakram or icon with these stats:

+8 to energy (x blood magic or x death magic required)
+15 energy
-1 energy regen
+30 hp

i know that there's a collector in ToA selling something like that but it requires divines favour. So, if u guys know where i can get a collector item like what i described above pls lemme know. if u have it, il buy it. TY in advance for ur help!

I think that you'll find that collector in Bergen Hot Springs and they want mergoyle skulls.
